You have until the 31st to post your nominations and you can edit them as much as you want until you're happy. Only thing I'll say is don't post nominations twice. If you need to make edits, edit your original post. Whwn I go through to set up the voting round, I don't want to find that 3 or 4 posts were made by the same member with all different nominations.

To be fair though, the nominations have always kind of been the bigger part of the process because everyone gets to write a shout-out to people on the board and let them know that their contributions are appreciated. Ideally people would write some kind of justification to go with the shout-out, but I think it's been years since we focused on that.
