The Music Banter Member Raid Thread
I think we've come to the realization that all of us here enjoy the occasional troll here, and we also love ****ting on all the less Banter-esque music forums. So, why not take our awesome humour and kick ass sarcasm to other places on the interwebz?
We don't need to be absolute pricks and troll out every other forum obviously (although I'm sure some of you (me included) will probably want to, but I would genuinely like to know, like some of the rest of you, for example, why over on the Metal Archvies they call bands who are obviously metal, not-metal? So yeah, I figure we could tackle that baby first. Also, I'm thinking there's like a 50/50 chance this may get shut down, for if it violates the terms or whatever I apologize and would like to blame blankmind, Dylstew, and Batlord for supporting me as well as Frown for not telling me to **** off and grow up.

I think you are a day late and a dollar short on this one, are not most music forums inactive?

Yeah, probably. But this allows us to restore a little bit a life to them, ya know?

Let's do the elitist pricks on the Metal Archives. We all pick a band they don't consider metal and ask why it's not in the archives.
Or we can ask why Wolves In Sheepskin isn't in their archives. I like that better. Total trolling. |

Why not take all that time and effort and put it to use on MB, and make legitimate and sincere posts about music. Talk about Post-Punk or something instead of Heavy Metal for once.

I want to start with a genuine metal band that has a ****ty reputation. It honestly confuses me because like, just because a band blows doesn't mean they aren't metal?

Don't ask, demand, and also demand about 311 not being in.

I like to think I already spend more than a fair bit of time on MB, and put in quite a bit of effort. As far as genres go, unfortunately we just don't seem to have much of a community for any other genre. I tried to get some traction in the hip-hop section with my Survivor thread and only Goofle and Frownland participated, so I haven't tried anything else since.
