S'plain to me why I went to the ER just now as a visitor, and I was photographed and given a hard time all in the name of safety? I'm not saying ****s getting outta control but, ****s getting out of control.

I guess they profiled you on your skull underwear and figured you were there to eat babies. Seems a reasonable assumption.

No. To get into the back where you know they keep the sick people in their rooms or bays.I wasnt by myself there were four of us.We were all photograped drivers liscens taken calls had to be made.We literally followed the ambulance there for God's sake.

Like Im not over reacting either.We litterally walked in and asked the room #.Like NORMAL LAW ABIDING CITIZENS.
They did the same to a 72 year old lady.It was so bizarre and not right we all made snarky remarks to the safey officers.

On the majority I have to agree with Roxy here, but part of my mind can't help but hear Socrates on this one. For example: if my grandma was murdered in the hospital by some crazy stalker and the administrators say "sorry, we have no idea who went back there" I would go berzerk. But if I want the laws to work in my favor I need to also submit to them on the other side. I hate the "if you are doing nothing wrong, then why does it matter" argument but there is a slight pang or reality in that statement. The state of travel in our modern era affords us access to live in myriad countries with myriad living standards and laws. So why not shop for the place that suits your mindset?

That being said, It's pretty f***ed that the "Free" world has come to that standard of living. Trust and honor have long since died, if they ever really existed in the first place.

She lives in Florida, so I doubt she's that capable of moving somewhere else. That, or she's crazy for wanting to live there, so it already does suit her mindset.

Also, the laws protecting us are the only reason that guy is on the news, why he can make a petition to fight back and why the corrupt people are getting rooted out. Slowly, yes, but we are steadily working toward better society through proper legislation and an informed public. look at what is happening to the police standards of this country right now. yes, we are seeing examples of what is wrong, but only because the strangle hold on what information we have access to is being released, and overwhelmingly people all want a free, equal world. The a*****es are getting fired and imprisoned for taking advantage of us. Those that abuse power are often caught and punished by the same laws they sought to abuse. It is a power struggle but in a straight line. Compare the average living standard of any country 100-500-1,000+ years in the past. Yes, the progress is slow, but it is forward (ignore the appropriately named "Dark Ages") every generation adds to the overall future of humanity.
