I do. For so many things.

I just used Google instead. Like a normal person. Man, **** 118.4 degrees Fahrenheit. I'd rather die than go out in that.

You know, I'm ashamed to admit at 52 that this was my first reaction too... :(

I've never seen snow either. **** snow, white ass dirt.

A week before Christmas just gone my 3 year old asked me if we would have snow for Christmas, as he's seen snow in picture books - that day we hit 43C (I had to do an outdoor wedding gig) and christmas day ended up being 38C - so no snow lol, but it was a good day to go to the beach and eat prawns.
(43c = 110F, 38c = 100F)

The people that have never been in an area with snow are missing out on some fun things, like skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowmobiling, skitching, snowball fights (putting rocks in the middle), making snow forts (Igloo's), snowmen, tying a sled to the back of a quad, coming in from playing in the snow all wet and cold to some hot chocolate, and a nice warm fireplace... and my favorite, driving in it.

What's skitching?

Hanging on to the bumper of a car as it pulls you while you try to remain on your feet. Skeetch, skitch, it depends on the area you're from, we called it skitching, but it's all the same. I can't believe I found this:

Urban Dictionary: skeetch

In the blizzard of '79, we pushed the same vehicle out of the snow 5-6 times because of all the weight from us grabbing on. The poor woman never knew.

DeadChannel 01-09-2016 10:51 AM

^I've done that but we don't call it skeetching.

I'd love to live in a country without a real winter.
Sadly those mostly have a low standard of living and giant creepy bugs everywhere.
