Name: Deadchannel Position: Investigative reporter Age: 24 Status: Alive First Appearance: If the Sky Were Green... Last Appearance: Ongoing... Fed up of his status as a cub reporter for The Daily Blah, Deadchannel (DC to his mates) contrived to get into Pixies on that fateful night, posing as a member of the catering staff, and so was the only reporter on site to be able to record the terrible events that became known as The Night of the Long Knives and Forks, and to be in a position to record Loathsome Pete's dying words --- “It was .... Dirty ... wasn't it...?” His bravery and self-sacrifice stirred the nation, and put in motion an official inquest into the killings. He became fast friends with the Chief Editor of The Daily Blah, Unknown Soldier, and its wealthy, playboy owner Anteater, who between them began their own, unofficial investigation into what they (correctly) suspected was not a random massacre by a family who had ingested the designer drug Shine, but a conspiracy orchestrated by mundane Banter against their leaders. The scene in season nine's Not With a Whimper...Part IV, where DC, US and Ant all face the terrible truth and have to choose between the safety of their city and the safety of the world, won three Emmys and numerous BAFTAs, and became one of the first ever television episodes to be nominated for an Academy Award, narrowly missing out to episode seven of season ninety-one of The Kardashians on Meth. DC became a sort of superhero without powers, the true, honest, reliable and dependable face of journalism, and it was his qualities that changed the focus of The Daily Blah from a tabloid rag into a voice for truth and justice, becoming one of the most respected dailies in the city, and earning its editorial staff and owner the dubious honour of being added to the CEMB's list of banned publications, costing Anteater millions in lost revenue, a loss he shored up from his own private funds.

Well in fairness it's not my idea, I'm just carrying on the incredibly original idea of a previous member. But it's nice to be able to pick up the torch. You want in? How about Ki? I might be able to do you as a double act...

I think a Comic-Con type group audience interview with all of the cast members is in order. I for one would love to expound on how at first I felt happy to be free from the bounds of the show, but in hindsight, am stalking Trollheart for a way back in.
Use your powers to make it be TH! I was not used to my fullest potential.

Name: Mankycaant Position: Enforcer Age: 30 Status: Alive and very dangerous First Appearance: You Have the Right To Remain Dead Last Appearance: Current character There are few people as feared as The Corporation's chief enforcer. Clint Eastwood once said in the movie Unforgiven that he had “killed everything that walked or crawled at one point”, and this claim can be made too by Manky, and we've seen it borne out over the last four seasons. Introduced midway through season nine, Manky was just a shadow for several episodes, a voice in the night, a knife in the darkness. Little is known of his origins, but it is believed that he studied martial arts, Zen and Origami under Master Yoda himself. Prior to the Jedi's death, of course. If there is one entity that encompasses the Party from Nineteen Eighty-Four, the Obsidian Order from Star Trek: Deep Space 9 and The Star Chamber from, well, The Star Chamber, it is the mysterious and dark organisation known only as The Corporation. Little is known of this shadowy institution, but it is believed they have operatives at the very highest levels of government and the military, and over the last season hints have been dropped that a New World Order is being planned. Manky is the personification of that order: cold, calculating, ruthless and without an ounce of remorse in his body. It's been said that if you asked him what mercy was, he'd have to look it up in a dictionary. And then kill you with it. His ruthlessness was thrown into sharp relief when, after a two-season romance with Fetcher, the Council of Ten's double agent, he coldly strangled her when her treachery was made known to him. Unconfirmed reports say that there have been sporadic sightings of him at his former lover's grave, but no photographic or video evidence to support this has ever come to light. Manky is also infamous as the man who killed Janszoon who, in a special guest slot, returned to MB to share some very critical information with the Council. The death of the popular character from the original series so traumatised some viewers that the telephone numbers of counselling services were screened after the episode, S13:E20: A True Hero, aired. Those same services reported being swamped within moments, with the network of one, SHOULDER, crashing within ten minutes.
