I live in NC and it might have been cause of the program. I don't have a link but I knew at least 12 people who went to the motel.

I haven't lived in Florida since 2011. If my sister and her family move back down there then maybe I'll go back... But south Florida is a terrible place to raise kids so I think they're more aiming for Orlando if they go down there. It's all based on the location of the restaurant they're trying to get so they don't necessarily get to choose though.

I think we were only able to do this because I was a confirmed close contact of a positive case, but my test was actually effortless. Totally free, I drove up to a CVS drive thru and did the test on myself in the car then I deposited the stuff into a dropbox and drove away. Took 10 minutes and I was done.

I understand it's a difficult situation but the reality is if you just stay out of work for 3 days and go back that's basically pointless. It takes like 2 weeks to work it's way out of your system so that's why it's important to get tested and know if you have it or not. See if your parents can help if possible. Good luck.

they trusted you to do it on yourself? That's strange. For us they had to dig up in your nose pretty far with a swab for 5 seconds. Was pretty uncomfortable. Wouldn't necessarily trust myself to do it right.

Tbf he also works with the public.If Austin is anything like here then I'm guessing you get customers who come in either maskless or not wearing the mask over their nose all the time.

I just don’t think it should be your top priority if you’re still feeling really under the weather.

The most **** up thing is you go to the doctor and you can’t get tested you still have to a the ****ing official testing site.

What the experience is going to be like is case by case.

If you have health insurance you can probably do a visit through zoom.

One problem is everyone kind of thinks what’s up where they’re at is how it is all over (I’m guilty, too)

It’s still chaotic af and different all over and changing every ****ing week.

Just like they’re ****ing up the vaccine rollout because everyone wants to pass the buck
