I’m babysitting my nephews to allow their parents to go out to a gig tonight. They have been misbehaving all night

. They are quiet now and I’m probably tempting fate but I think they are finally sleeping.

Honestly it was hell

the youngest is 4 and the oldest is 8 next week. The last time I had them they were angels.. they lured me in to a false sense of security

The best thing about watching other peoples kids is knowing it'll be over soon. And if they're a special kind of rotten, messing with their heads is fun.

I've been busy at work lately, getting through the holiday season trying to get as many hours in as possible, all while staying away from alcohol. It's been almost a month. I'm trying to clear my head, work out, and eat right so I can be ready for next years DG tournament season and hopefully hit pro level. Starting in November should be beneficial in the long haul. I saw some gains last year, but I also saw a lot of beer too, which detracted a lot. It'll be my 3rd year doing this competitively and it would be nice to at least get out of the mid-level divisions and make a run for the big guns. If anything, I'll be a little healthier, and that's kind of important.

I got a chicken in the crock pot, and I'm headed out for a tags round with the club. It's gonna be a balmy 23 degrees (F) at tee-off time. ****! At least it's dry and there's hardly any wind.
