I remember a 1 hour commute to/from work that took 4 hours to get home one day after a snow storm. I left at 4:58pm and arrived home at 8:54pm. At one point I pulled off from the traffic jam to get a six pack at a liquor store I was sitting next to, then pulled right back into the same spot I had pulled out from as the guy that was behind me waved me in with a smile.

The entire northern park of our state was caught in traffic due to this storm that lasted over 8 hours for some people. 15 minute drive home turned into 4 hours for a lot of people I know. I missed it because I work five minutes away from my house using back roads but there were people stuck in Port Authority for hours. I've never seen a clusterf*ck so bad in my life.

dirt bikes would be able to go between cars and maybe get further away? plus all those people in the bay area wearing masks from the smoke. thats a security risk for robbers going around robbing people with them masks on. hopefully it rains soon there in california.

That would take hours to get anywhere and you'd be dead.

Yes. Pedal bikes would be faster and would expel the smoke more than dirt bikes. Good thinking.
