But wait! Today, good people of Music Banter, is no ordinary day, because I have a ticket to see, live at The Academy, Manchester. The legendery lead singer of Bauhaus fame, the one and only, God of Goth... Peter Murphy!!
After 8 agonising hours of clock watching, I was home/showered/changed and on the bus to Town. Meet up with a couple of mates for a few scoops in a pub on Oxford Road and exchange stories of the days when Murphy was still with Bauhaus and how, even though he's got a different band now, we all agreed, what a great night it was gonna be...
...HE WAS ****E... IT WAS A ****E NIGHT...
Which leaves me to wonder...have you ever considered, that as you get older... you just may have already had, the best day of your life...

This makes me think of Cats in the Cradle so much.

Did you just quote a "Your Day" post from 13 YEARS ago? Nothing wrong with that, just kind of odd . . .

I am reading the thread and commenting on it at the same time.

I wasn't a user here when that was posted, it isn't like I've read it before. Have you?

You're just wasting everyone's time when you quote someone who isn't going to respond to you. Try to be more useful.

.

Stopped taking my Zoloft about a month ago (way against my old doctors orders). Feeling great. No more shaky hands. I can freaking write with pen and paper again - the shaking had gotten so bad my handwriting was unintelligible.

Linda says I'm more alert and even keeled emotionally since being off of it.

There are more than 55 thousand posts in this thread, you couldn't POSSIBLY mean to read through all of them.

Are mods racist because their names can only be seen in blue?
