I missed the train because my pants got stuck to the fence I was leaning on.

Jus got back from the supermarket. I get to cook tomorrow just for myself.

This will be my first stab at mussels. They'll be steamed in a broth of white wine, lemon juice, shallot, garlic, cream, butter, and a bunch of chopped parsley.

Toss in some crusty bread for dipping into the broth and an ear of corn on the cob and should be yummy.

You should try adding a bit of bacon to your butter sauce. Tastes really yummy.
