I've been at work an hour. I've already cut 2 Purchase Orders, ordered several sheets of filters, been up to the filter room four times searching for a filter they claimed to didn't have, found said filter hidden under more filters, dropped knowledge on the mechanics, issued a meter reading report on all my units, and have made several purchasing calls.

It's only been an hour, I've already done more work than I normally do in a day.
To top it off, I'm running on a total 8 hours of sleep within the past 3 days.
Then when I get off work, I have to drive an hour out to my girlfriend's house, still covered in dust and dirt and general stank.

It's been an hour, and today is already not going my way.

This should read more like my week than my day....

I haven't been here much because it was an incredibly busy week, on top of that I was hideously sick and I still have the sniffles and a runny nose.... bummer! Anyways, I felt like crap all week, yet somehow found a way to push myself through 66 hours of work.... needless to say every night I barely got into my living room chair before I was asleep! Normally I have a little residual energy to burn up once I get home... but man, witthe added strain of fighting off this bug I was just burned up... I missed everyone here though! Lots!

Our teacher told us today that Francis Ford Coppola is coming to this year's national film festival, and that they will show his new movie TETRO. I hope I won't miss it like last year. The problem is, we never know the exact day of the festival.
