Today is my half birthday. Yay!

Last night I had my second last day at my job, I've got to work one more shift on wednesday and it's just 5 hours and I don't have to help customers because it's grocery day. I'm leaving for montreal on the 20th. That leaves me a little less than two weeks of dead time. I'm not sure what I'll do, finish some reading, go for a night walk through nosehill park and see the coyotes one last time.....but most likely I'll just be watching a lot of internet porn.

Closing out a good day with a beer and some REM, particularly the Green album, which is a nice up vibe - y way to see out a pretty pleasant summer day... definitely enjoying the relaxed pace of this month, before it all gets crazy again in September....

yeah, there definitely is a huge difference between summer and the rest of the year. It kind of feels like a different world in the winter time. Your worries are all right in front of you, and in the summer it's like your worries are a thousand miles away.....at least during the good times.

but yeah I might do that, I've only got Murmur and A.F.T.P., plus I don't drink. Such a noob. You're right tho, time to appreciate the now because it gets so different in Sep. even this month w/ all the little punk kids, and their bratty back to school/ fanciest clothes and fanciest protractor, idk. I've got to enjoy every sec I possibly can. :yeah:
