Had an ok kinda day.... busy at work, then my youngest daughter, I found out, has a stomach bug... poor little girl! I think she is going to pull through fairly ok though.

Yea he called me to tell me about it. He didn't even want to tell me in person.

Day got off to a rocky start, thats for sure... arrived at my workplace and was summoned by a co worker who informed me a colleage had died overnight... very suddenly... he was a - ok yesterday, we had conversation in the corridor, and he seemed great. Now he's not with us at all... kinda had me freaked how quickly it can all turn and change...

So otherwise it was a pretty normal day, but that early news kinda hung over the day like a giant black cloud...

I got a tooth removed yesterday afternoon, and my liquid diet has taken its toll.

Let's just say liquid going in, liquid going out...of the butt.

oh man, that really aint cool... hope it improves soon!
