My mother just called me and asked me to download a Michael Bolton album for her. After resisting the urge to scream "I have no mother!" into the phone and hang up, I politely told her it wasn't a problem. So right now I'm dl'ing his greatest hits from 85-95 onto my computer. :(

I got turned down again in the bedroom department. I am thinking about becoming a monk.

I had a fairly good day. Played Halo with one of my best friends... Went out to eat that afternoon with her and then that night with my family (which never happens).

I got my phone replaced with the same model, but now it's nice and shiny.

And I got to go to the bookstore. =D For some reason my parents were really nice to me. Whatever, I'll take it as it is.

My life right now...

while i should be finishing homework, i'm gonna go outside for a barbecue cause i'm so hungry.

On Fathers Day too. For shame!

My day. Kids woke me up at 6.30 screaming the house down as usual. Wife screamed back at them.
I got up out of bed and went downstairs...followed by the kids. Wife had lie in.
Wife gets up at 10 a.m. then has a shower, gets dressed and "nips out" to visit her Dad (Fathers Day) for 3 hours!!! Leaving me with the kids.
Wife comes home and proceeds to give me a verbal list of house jobs to do, cut short by the sound of the front door slamming shut as I leave the house to go down the pub.

Today I saw my uncle, happening to be visiting his mother's grave the same time we were...

The really "off" things about this? I haven't seen him in nine years, we visit the grave every father's day, and I had just been talking about wanting to see him not an hour before...
