Well it'd been sunny all day here, until I took the kids up to Kirky Lane to watch Belle Vue Aces take on the Poole Pirates (British Speedway).
Arrived at 6.15 pm (tapes up at 7.30) and bang on time, as is the custom with any British sporting event, the heavens opened with what was the most spectacular thunderstorm (complete with lightning) I've seen in years.
Within 15 minutes the track resembled a lake and the whole meeting was postponed.
Back home within the hour looking like drowned rats and 20 quid out of pocket :(

Today I was at home sick all day :(

Got a kick-arse pair of headphones today. All of a sudden music sounds good again.

Today at my Satanic cult's weekly ritual, my priest gets all pissed at me because the goat's blood is more than 3 days old, I'm like "hey guy, It's not my fault and I'm sure our dark lord won't mind anyway" and then he asks me to leave before they use my blood. Pfft some people. :rolleyes:

I hate it when that happens.

Got up, went to work, ate dinner, went back to work, came home, chilled for a bit, and now im on musicbanter with you sweet people :)

Where we live, to put the bins out you need to wheel them all the way to the end of the street... every single week there is an argument over who's turn it is! Especially now that it's the middle of Winter.

Just assign various jobs to various people. Me and my housemates got that sorted out the first day. I have dishes and floors, one dude maintains the bathroom and the minute amount of yardwork, and the other does everything else. Much less confrontational.
