Yeah! You know u cant really handle food but your body needs it. Easy to digest, it's hydrating and bread dipped in- no butter fills you up. It helps if you love soup though and a vegetarain one is better. I swear by it and it sorts me out a treat!

Well yeah I guess that makes sense. If i'm hungover I either want something disgusting thatlooks like it will give me a heart attack or nothing at all. I never really find myself anywhere in the middle. Might have to try it sometime, although my hangovers haven't been so bad recently. I used to pre-empt it and take asprin or paracetamol just before I went to bed but I had to stop that. I was so pissed that I would take two, have a smoke, forget i'd taken them and take some more. Not a good idea!

I always have a glass of water on hand anyway. And I can go through litres of the stuff the next day too. If im hungover I will have a bottle of water in my hand. My dad once mentioned I should have a diabetes test because of the amount of water or coffee or whatever he would see me drinking and apparantly this can be a sign of diabetes? For a moment or two at least I did consider the possibility but I soon realised I was just always hungover. Oops.
