My day was spent trying to function normally while i had a stupid darn headcold... ordinarily it would have been a pretty good day, but the headcold kinda threw a wrench into the works, I tells ya.... damn I hate feeling sick and knowing you aren't sick enough to really need time off...

I woke up ay 7:30 with a sore throat and I felt like I was dying all around. Packed so I could leave the hotel, then sat in a chair in the lobby for 40 minutes listening to I-Doser while being half asleep. Then I went to my committee room (British House of Commons) at 9, my friend got me coffee, we passed some bills which included Brittan taking over the world, the secession of Ireland from the UK, and the invasion of other committees while singing "God Save the Queen!" But, we got invaded by Angola...and a man in a Green Jumpsuit...and we started singing Sexy Back and taking off our clothes but I couldnt sing because I lost my voice. We got dismissed early, like 10:30, and sang "God Save the Queen!" Down the hall until the American council blocked our way and sang "America the Beautiful." I still couldn't sing. Then we went to closing Cermonies which I slept through, then we got on the bus and left Washington DC and I slept for the 5 hour busride back to NY. And I still feel quite sick.

Sunday was a great day...I got 4 new cymbals(for a total of nine and played the best gig of my life...i mean I killed it.) Also, the relationship I have been waiting out is over and I got the girl finally...things are looking good for me...I probably just jinxed by writing this but oh, well....my life is exciting again.

I went to a Coheed/Trivium/Slipknot concert (sunday).
The only reason I went was to see Coheed, but I was suprised that slipknot and Trivium put on such a good show. They still make substandard albums, but they great entertainers. However, Coheed still blew them out of the water. Oh, and I have a renewed hatred for Slipknot fanboys. I was surrounded by them, it was like hell with masks.
