That woman should've brought that cart back, but this guy is ****ing nuts. I mean, just...why is he doing this?

It would be enough to come up and say that it would be nice if people brought the carts back. He actually is harassing her. I can't imagine he goes home and is like "today was a good day, I did a good job".

Her reaction on the other hand is unacceptable either.

But yeah. It's a slight dick move to leave your cart in a parking spot. But it's about on par with grabbing an item from one shelf and then deciding you don't want it and leaving it on another shelf. But I just think of it as being a job creator.
