God damn, dude, I can't imagine how scary and frustrating it must be to not be able to rush to the hospital.

Dana is ok. We went to the hospital to get her checked out. Tests were fine. Doozy of a bruised wrist but that seems to be it. At home eating sushi.

I'll update more tomorrow but she's safe and alive. Gotta say thoigh guys...f*cking close call. Count your blessings.

God damn. Been alone in my department the whole shift and the dude who was supposed to come in at 6 is looking like a no-show. Hope the morning crew are cool with coming in to a train wreck cause I ain't staying late.

Since I just had the discussion, I was wondering how MB felt about this:
Do you just call people when you know they are at work? And I mean just to talk a bit not because it's something important. Because I wouldn't do this and if I wanted to I would at least message beforehand and ask whether I can call without disturbing them. I mean sure, you should have your phone silent when at work but I still wouldn't want to risk the chance of distracting them unnecessarily.

I wouldn't do it. I mean, for one thing, the person's job might be at stake or even if he/she owned the business, it could get in the way of customers. Anyway, calling someone at work for something other than an emergency or family related seems a bit impolite.
