Headaches are no joke, definitely stay aware of how it’s progressing. Try to take note of where the pain is spatially, and see if you notice any patterns.

If you experience a “thunderclap” headaches - wherein the pain come out of nowhere, and is intensely painful in the same location or side of the head - go to the ER. If you ever start wondering “is this bad enough to go to the ER?” The answer is yes, go to the hospital. My mom nearly died from this a couple years ago.

Personally when I get headaches it’s an indication of dehydration, so make sure you’re drinking water!

I wouldn't classify anything as "pain" yet. It's more like varying degrees of pressure and tension. I'm gunna wait until another symptom pops up like foggyness or blurred vision but right now it's just a lingering pressure in my head that comes and goes in varying degrees.

Something in me says it's stress but I'm gunna keep and eye on it.

Oh and yes lots of water. I'm peeing a lot.

My reaction to that kind of "pain" is if it lasts for much longer than usual (3 whole days qualifies), go to the doctor. Our bodies are strange but that's not normal. It's not a potential pulled muscle, it's the brain. The problem with the US is that people are maybe reluctant to go to the doctor and investigate what's wrong with them because of the costs. If it won't cost an arm and a leg, just see a specialist and resolve the doubt.

Gotta take any issues above the neck super serious!

Can be sinus issues but but mine turned out to be an aneurysm in the brain, so have an MRI scan every year since to check any developments. Not changed in 10 years, no symptoms except sometimes giddy, but better to get this checked out and take it off your worry list...

So my bandmate turned out to be a sexual predator/groomer so all my friends cut him off just today

rostasi 06-20-2021 01:04 PM

What did they cut off?

Bassist?

Everything I've looked at online is telling me they're tension headaches. I woke up this morning feeling okay, did some stretches to loosen up a bit, and felt fine for about two hours. Now that I'm at work and looking at my computer, it's back.

I'll go to a doctor if it doesn't stop or if it progresses but they're just going to diagnose me with tension headaches if I go so I'll skip it for now.
