Sort of like not. Big difference. Who the hell punches themselves, even jokingly, in the balls? I can't imagine risking that kind of pain. I can understand picking scabs, maybe, as it can be irritating and you just want them gone, but I have never in fifty-eight years and two months felt the need to punch myself in the nards. Nor do I think I ever will.
