I've managed to dodge a few bullets then. Whew.
I'll tell ya though, being inactive for only a few days can really get the old atrophy ball rolling when you're up there in age. A body in motion stays in motion... and staves off diabetes and other things like allergy's. Like Rodney Dangerfield said: I will not go gentle into that good night. |
