Seriously cannot believe that. If I buy something and it's 0.99 - whether it's 99 cents or 99 euro 99 cents (assuming I'd be paying that much in cash, which I would not, but for illustrative purposes only) I either walk off after handing over the money (sometimes remembering to come back and take my item!) or say "hold on to it". A ****ing penny? A cent, here? You've got to be kidding me. Most places won't even bother giving you the penny back if that's all you're due, and if you walk up with 99 cents for a euro item or are short one lousy cent they'll not bat an eye and just take what you have. ****ing Americans.

Blame the corporations destroying the planet.

Old lady had a tote bag in her car with grapes on it and it said "WE MAKE A GRAPE TEAM".

Bitch is lucky I can't fit through the drive thru window.

The next car a cute little girl waved at me.

Bitch is lucky I can't fit through the drive thru window.

We're all lucky you can't fit through the drive thru window.

Incidentally, why do you use both instances of the word "through"? Thought you Americans only used the short, WRONG way of spelling it, being so lazy/busy...

There's a per letter price on signage.

When I talk, I use the thru version though.

It's only for "drive thru". That's literally the only time and it's a marketing term.

if you babe to my register with 99 pennies I'd tell you to go **** yourself.

When you work for a company its their money, their till and it's monitored so it has to be exact. You go to a mom and pop type corner store then they might let you slide.
