So my dad cant swallow or eat or anything due to the radiation having some crazy side effects. Hes only got 7 more visits of it tho so that's good. My grandma is doing better. She got the vaccine so that's at least squared away. Not making much progress but it's not getting worse.

My cousin is currently fighting for her life because of an abscess on her lung. Shes been in a somewhat medically induced coma for nearly two weeks and shes been strapped down to a bed because shes got tubes in her. If shes anxious itll make it worse. So they have to keep her sedated.

I got a covid test yesterday, negative, because I got Ill on Tuesday and I figured it was smart.

Still wearing a mask at home.

Life is weird.

Sorry to hear that, man. Wow you are getting some serious bad news recently, aren't you? Hopefully it'll balance out on the cosmic scale and you'll win the lottery or something. Hang on in there.

Yeah, sorry to hear that Key. How old are you father and grandma? You said this is the third time your father has cancer? It's always the same thing? What it is?

Very sorry to hear of all of that, Key. That's a lot to have to process.

Key, I’m very sorry to hear that your Dad can’t swallow or eat due to the radiation; it must be extremely uncomfortable for him and difficult for you to witness. And now, for your cousin to be fighting for her life – and for you and your family to be dealing with all this stress and sadness in the midst of a pandemic, no less. I’m relieved to hear that your grandma has been vaccinated and her condition hasn’t worsened. Yes, it was smart for you to get the Covid test; I hope you feel better soon and will continue to look after yourself. For what it’s worth, I’m praying for you and your family and I believe you’re an awfully strong person.

Yep you're definitely strong, Key. It's beyond ****ed up that you get all this on your plate at the same time, but I really admire you for getting through it

That's how it feels, right? Yeah it's been like one thing after the next. I've managed to stay mostly sane tho that's more so due to the fact that I'm not letting it effect me if I have no control over the situation. I'm sad about it yeah, but I cant allow myself to feel more than that. I'd lose my mind.

Salivary cancer in his neck. Has had it come back 3 times. Hopefully this is the last time. My grandma is in her 70s and my dad is early 60s.

Sorry you're having to go through that, Kiii. Watching people you consider the strongest in your life get crippled by things like this is a unique heartbreak.

Key 03-06-2021 12:58 PM

Preciate it, man. It's all good. Some good days. Some bad days. I'm certainly learning a lot.
