Next time don't do it politely so everyone will just think you're a jerk and not bother lecturing you.

I am a jerk to people who respond ****ty to me. Or people who I've completely lost patience with.

I told her that people that spread dangerous lies because they won't put forth even a fraction of effort to verify them deserve to feel stupid anyways because it teaches them to do their diligence before spreading bullshit.

Baking bread when it's 105.3° (41°C) outside
[with the humidity it's 125° (52°C)] might be
a cRaZy thing, but we do have AC, so it came
out great - nice and soft like pull-aparts. That
with Thai curry tofu with butter chicken sauce
really was worth the time and effort. So, we'll
have our Finnegans Wake reading group meet
tonight over Zoom probably followed by some
Banana Caramel Crunch gelato into the night.

Even with AC that's quite impressive. I've tried to bake bread at temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius and it often turns out a little weird

The proofer at my work sucks dick, and ****s up the bread, so it's always cool to only have it in there for 20 minutes or so because it's so humid in the bakery I work at. I miss actually making the bread in the mornings (my manager over proofs the bread so it gets wrinkly and gross looking), but I don't plan on working there next year anyway.

What's your job at the bakery?

The Batlord 08-14-2020 06:43 PM

Why wouldn't Raime quit the bakery?

Cause he needs the dough.

I'm a baker. It's great if you can just do your job, but it sucks when you have to do other things because they keep taking my people to work at other parts in the market. I'm technically a bakery manager without the title and the pay at this point because my current manager doesn't work as much (and just doesn't care anymore either), so I have to do ordering, inventory, most of the baking (not the breads), directing the counter people, keeping things in check.
