The difference being that they're pointing to a form of oppression they've actually faced, and people of their community still face. Even if it hasn't prevented them specifically from becoming rich.

Where as when white men are victims over affirmative action or Christians are victims about being 'persecuted for their religion'.... That's more what I meant.
