Women are perceived as weaker than men and so part of emasculating a man is portraying him as weak

Bitch for a woman has completely different connotations. Usually it's applied when she's acting defiant and strong as opposed to weak.

If that's how you want to justify being a misogynist go ahead but personally I prefer deconstructing social norms I think are harmful.
