It's not about being unique, it's about being the only person who's in on your shit. You're able to listen to your own music while you're working right? Maybe you can find some podcasts that will provide some stimulation. There is a lot of good stuff out there. When I was riding public transit a lot podcasts saved me from that feeling of stimulation-deprivation.

There are probably podcasts out there where they are reading those sweet, sweet PDFs.
