All I can say is that Europe was very lucky that the Aztecs didn't have big shiny ships that could sail the seven seas. Would have made for a very different history than the one we have.

There’s a large statue of him in New Orleans right around the corner from the port that brought millions of kidnapped African slaves where they were auctioned on the spot and where no monument exists recognizing that holocaust to this very day.

If you mean that Europeans reaped a clear benefit from the natural spread of smallpox over a few centuries, then that would be the correct answer.
