In Canada...when you are a "new" driver. Which is what you get after your learners. You have to display an N on the back of your vehicle. Its just a little magnetic green square.

Canada has the stupidest driving rules. It takes sooo long just to get your license....the same thing happened to a friend of mine for not having his N and he had to pay like 140$. It's ridiculous
