Four weeks ago my boss sent a message to all teachers to stay home, so I've effectively been in sheltering in place for one month now. Anybody else celebrating a lockdown anniversary today?

I miss the horror trailers from those days though. They're ****ing great.

the first Alien movie is the best out of those

Terminator 1 and 2 are enjoyable for the cheesy special effects and Arnie 1 liners but Alien is actually a good movie.

Edit: I see Batlord beat me to it on the Alien point but I would just add I prefer T1 to T2, but I'm in the minority. I just really prefer Arnold as a bad guy. But T2 has better action scenes.

I didn't even realise, but I also started isolating 4 weeks ago. I miss seeing people but apart from that I find it very pleasant actually. How are you coping?

Terminator 3 was cool when the nukes exploded.

Nightmare 3 was cool when Freddy cut that kid’s wrists and made it look like suicide.

Freddy Vs Jason was cool when Freddy was dry humping a corpse.

Jason X was cool when he shattered that frozen person’s head.

The first Jason is really scary when he jumped out of the water at the end. Also the decapitation scene.

The Alien movies need more sets.

Also I watched Goldfinger yesterday. Bond is a lot like Batman.

I only know night of the living dead and thats equally unscary. I just used two iconic slashers as examples but i feel that way about most horror movies ive seen whichI admit isn't a lot.
