I loved the Boys before the film but yes that's what triggered it and it wouldn't have hit so hard if he wasn't played by my two all time favorites either.

And Paul Giamatti is just ruined for me.

John Cusack is one of your all time favorites? The ****? Young Brian was great but I couldn't quite connect with John as much even if I did like the film. And Paul Giamatti went hard and did what he did best. Act like a person I want to punch.

I wouldn't have picked him to play Brian either but yeah idk can't justify it but one day I was watching an 80s rom com and couldn't stop staring at his mouth and he's been doing it for me ever since.

And young brian has a name and it's Paul Dano and I've loved him since he was beaten to death with a bowling pin.

I have a soft spot for him too tbh since that rom com with him and Julia Roberts and Catherine Zeta-Jones. America's Sweethearts. Basically if you've been in a good cheesy rom com I at least like you.
