Just got news that a friend got shot. He’s in the hospital. Not a super close friend but a friendly cool dude I know. He’s not going to die or anything.

Gravity just got the upper hand on my newly washed and stacked dishes and I lost a nice cereal bowl.

My chest has flared up with a slight pain and heavy breath so now I’m getting all ****ing paranoid again which makes it worse. I gotta accept that I’ve always had allergies and short breaths - I’ve been taking medicine for it for decades - but now every tiny symptom whispers “death” and the chicken noodles in me start dancing.

Don't worry Hawk, you'll be ok :) Sorry to hear about your friend. It's awful that you feel so anxious about getting corona, but the expression 'the chicken noodles in me start dancing' is amazing and I will use it from now on
