Saturday, I slipped on some ice and pulled a muscle in my back. Then, in defiance of any sort of injury I went and played a round of disc golf, wincing and struggling the entire time. Very poor judgement in that decision my friends. I spent the next 24 hours sitting/laying on a heating pad, and I think the worst is over. What a way to start off the DG season, and I have less than two weeks to nurse this ****er back to some sort of normal.
