Just watched the Canadian Juniors take gold for the 4th straight year, and the 14th time in total. WOO!

I went on a downtown adventure with some friends. It was good.

I always forget who was from North Carolina on this forum. While I'm down here a friend of mine is letting me plan a day for us. I would like to check out Asheville which is about an hour away. However I only have the Asheville tourism website as a guide, which is quite bias towards their little town. Anyone know if its worth the drive?

Technically no. But what are you looking for to do?

I was looking through their tourism website. I'm thinking some rock climbing, live music, shopping and hiking?

By the way do you know any 18+ dance clubs around Asheville or Hickory, maybe even Charlotte?

I was wondering more if you were staying in a city in between the two. I'm much more familiar with Raleigh, but I could message a couple of friends who live in Charlotte and get the scoop on what's to do there. (there is a very nice spaghetti factory and imax down in Charlotte if I remember correctly).
