I probably suffer from brain damage too because I suffered through trauma as a child. I definitely think it has an effect on my cognitive ability at times. Of course, bipolar disorder is kind of brain damage too. I'm not going to delude myself and run from that possibility even though I'm very sensitive about the idea. At least I'd know it's not self inflicted brain damage, though.
