I had a friend who worked at 7/11 around the time I was working in retail. He got his fellow cashier pregnant and ended up getting promoted to manager.

I attended like 30 “house parties” my freshman year of college and a grand total of 0 parties beyond that

A circle of close friends, some weed, and some video games > a bunch of strangers pounding vodka and pretending to be interested in each other
