My boss is a black dude who lives with his mother and sides with every older black woman co-worker whenever I have any kind of altercation with one from fun **** talking to actual "**** you, bitch, I hope you get ovarian cancer", so I told him he sides with any woman who reminds him of his mother and he was like "You should respect your elders" but I knew he knew I was right.

If I've learned one thing about a workplace it's that people don't know what to do with goodhearted weirdos but they still love them because they provide an interesting counter to a boring work paradigm.
