I've been committed several times as a kid (not since thankfully), but my experiences have made me never want to be committed again. I remember being in a mental ward in a specific hospital twice that had staff bait kids into getting aggressive, and then multiple adults would perform a "take down" in which they would all dog pile the kid and inject the kid with a sedative.

I was upset one night in my room and threw my shoe at the gated window, and I get this angry dude aggressively kicking my door down, dragging me down the hall, and throwing me into an isolation room for the rest of the night. Every other ward I stayed at was far better than this one.

I mean real talk she clearly has problems with her boyfriend and elph was her booty call to blow off steam, and now elph is trying to do exactly the same thing with probably the same level of self-righteous justification for using someone else to work through their issues they should be working through on their own. If this all works out as elph wants the Slayer girl will probably end up getting burnt and looking for some ass to make him jealous.
