Easier said than done especially if you're already emotionally unstable and it's less about being petty and more about him not wanting to accept that she doesn't love him. You can't really help being jealous when somebody you love loves somebody else instead.

I'll reiterate that I don't think elph's breakdown is just about her. I got some strong nunchi on this.
