Alright it was yesterday but there was this loud bitch in drive-thru who was trying to get her kids to tell her what they want but kids are stupid so she was yelling at them and my manager didn't realize his headset was on and the woman in her car could hear him so he's like shaking his head "Mm mm mm". Then she's like "Sir, I can hear you!" and he's like "... Ma'am I'm not even the one taking your order" like that's supposed to be a slam dunk evasion. Now my manager is as gay as the day is long, like no amount of diversity training on earth could turn down your gaydar enough to not see this dude being light in his loafers from a mile away. So this bitch is like "I can hear your ***got ass!" and next thing I know the girl actually taking her order is calmly but awkwardly telling her "I'm sorry my general manager just told me that I can't take your order" and then the bitch is like "THAT'S FINE" and speeds off.
