Just picked up the new Murder-Mobile, I'm HELLA stoked!!!

I woke up and realized i had about 10 hours of work to do today. All i have gotten to is smoking a few bowls, and staring at word because i cant manage type up this paper.

When they say you should eat more fruit & vegetables , drink lots of water and do more excerise to be healthy maybe they should have a warning saying you'll spend the whole of the next day sore all over & piss about 10 times a day. :mad:

It's a piece of píss to do this. Walk to work and get a smoothie or veggie juice mid morning. Stick shedloads of salad into a sandwich at lunch or get some soup. Have a banana in the afternoon. Walk back home from work and then sit on your arse and have a few beers to finish off. That's me anyhow!
