3 benadryl every night 2 hours before bed. My doc says that daily dosage is harmless. Not only helps me fall asleep but helps get back to sleep when I have to pee during the night - which is every night.

Benadryl gives you gnarly dreams too. You need to make sure you have a solid like 8 hours before you have to be anywhere though. Being groggy on benadryl going to work isn't that fun.

fire update:

Kincaid fire is up to 21.9K acres, with 5% containment. Approximately 50 structures burned including a dozen homes. PG&E ain't ****, once again their faulty equipment is to blame for the entire thing. Winds are expected to pick up to 70mph this weekend, so far only one town has needed to evacuate.
