About a week or so ago I was taking a s hit at 4am and looked at the bathroom window to see one of these ****ers desperately flying at the glass, presumably to sting the everloving **** out of me. It wouldn't go away for like five minutes and it wasn't even light out so I was like dude wtf aren't stinging insects supposed to be diurnal? Then this morning TWO of the little SOBs are trying to kill me at 4am. There's got to be a nest close by, probably on the house. ****ing great.
Meet the Bald-Faced Hornet: These little inch-long ****s aren't actually true hornets and are related to Yellowjackets, which accounts for their delightful aggression. Luckily for all you American MBers they're native to just about all of the US.
