Good job man. Stick to it and it'll be a get easier over time and soon enough you won't even think about smokes at all. Biggest thing that kept me off of cigarettes was just being sick of them after I went through about two packs drunk as **** at the horse races one day. The next two days, I felt like **** and just decided to be done with it. When I went back to the races a couple of weeks later, there were "no smoking" signs all over the place. True story.
Be careful about smoking for stress though. I get the appeal of that and I do it too, but you gotta resolve what's making you stressed or you'll just end up getting more stressed in the long run. Quitting cigs is a good start though, it could get you in the habit of breaking habits when you need to. |
I'm really pushing for it too because I'm just tired of it. Weed has definitely helped when it comes to cravings so that's certainly nice. Also just tired of smelling like cigs all the time even though I do keep spray with me. Gets old. I'm basically at the point now that if I can do it for a couple days, I'll be good moving forward with it.. The first few days are the hardest.

you just have to get over the hump. it'll happen faster than you think, but don't think about it lol.
