I'd rather just pay rent.

they were having a guy mow it with his riding mower next door but once they got the mower back (from getting sharpened and tune up) i told them that i would come over and do it. gonna have to find days where its dry in the morning so the dew isnt on the grass but also not hot asf too.

Room is dirty? Just buy a new house!

An acre's work but not bad really, especially if it's not overgrown. I used to do 5 acres of unkempt weeds, uphill, in the dark, in the snow, with no shoes, in the blistering heat, down steep cliffs, with the sun beating down on me, in a full tuxedo, for 6 acres, in the sleet. Top that.

You're a better man than me, bro. If my mom wants an acre of grass but is too cheap for a real mower then she can deal with that ****.

I'd just let the grass grow and use it for cover to spy on my neighbors.

My parents live on one acre and have always done the lawn with a push lawn mower. It can typically take about 2 hours to do. I love it tho. Good exercise.

thats why i cut when it before it got too long and would take an extra 30-45 mins of dumping the bag more and just harder to push through

Are you an alien? Yard work is like torture for me. It's so slow and mindless and you can see everything you have left to do and it demoralizes you and makes you wonder why the **** anyone wants a yard. What do forests think of lawns? Do they think they're Uncle Toms? Do they think they're collaborators? If we go extinct tomorrow will the lawns be hanged?

That makes it like meditation for people who don't hate anything that threatens them with the prospect of breaking a sweat.
