It really didn’t even occur to me that I might be rejected. I was totally counting on it for my meds and to hit a buffet with a big salad bar. I was just like goddamn really?

They told to wait in the lobby but didn’t say why. It was this Asian lady who could barely speak English. 15 minutes later another dude took my pulse again and explained why. He also said diastolic was two points from being over. My heart rate and blood pressure aren’t going down. I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me before hand. Idk for sure but I think I’ve been too stressed for too long and it’s staying that way. Not seeing a reprieve.
