What you say about things being closer to hybrids than true sativas or indicas these days is true though. Hard to find true strains like these these days

Those pictures are making me feel nostalgic for those 1985 nickel bags of dirt weed we’d buy in College Park.

Yes, CBD percentages also vary quite a bit. The highest CBD to THC ratios that I've seen from various breeders, are all hybrids of various strains. I've got one growing now that the breeder claims has CBD levels of around 15% with THC levels of less than 1%.

You don't know what you were missing. :pimp:
Weed didn't look pretty back then but those were some of the top quality varieties. "Michoacán", "Oaxacan", "Acapulco Gold", "Colombian Gold", "Panama Red", "Thai", "Maui Wowie", I smoked them all back in the day. All of them, except for the "Maui Wowie", were seeded buds, so I also got to try growing a lot of different types of cannabis from seeds out of the bags.

When I’m not working days blur together and time flies.

I miss being out of work. I think I'm gonna quit my job and rob a bank once every five years.

Finding myself identifying with you has that effect, yes.

You know how when you meet someone who's just a bit too friendly a bit too quickly, seemingly for no apparent reason other than that they must be attempting to immediately win over everyone they meet and it sets off your psychopath spider sense? A few months ago this new guy got hired at work and he was totally like that. Called me "sir" for like a week and he didn't even seem deferential. He wasn't even a young kid. He was just off the bat totally charming in that shallow way that doesn't feel warm or authentic but you can't put your finger on anything else to hold against the person and while it's noticeable it isn't dysfunctional and everyone else seems fine around him and doesn't talk badly about him when he's not around.

So for a few months I'm giving him the side eye but not worrying about it too much since he's again not dysfunctional or obviously toxic. I might be just paranoid after years of dealing with these kinds of ****heads after all and he's just an oddly friendly guy. Then a few days ago this other guy we work with makes a sandwich for himself that he doesn't pay for while the manager is at the bank and then leaves cause his shift is over, and when the manager comes back he asks me and Side Eye Guy if the dude stole any food (he's known for it) and Side Eye just snitches without batting an eye. I guess he was pissed that the guy who stole the sandwich left when we were busy and kinda ****ed up but that's garbage behavior regardless, especially since Side Eye Guy does the exact same **** when the managers aren't looking.

Then today he's talking to another manager about how he's pissed that his morning shifts were given to the guy he snitched on and he has to work day shifts, and in my head I'm just like, "Oooohhhh, so I was right about you all along, you ferret faced ****." I don't know if this has been pissing me off on and on over the last few days because the dude who got snitched on is a hella cool dude who doesn't deserve this **** or because I just hate being surrounded by people I feel like I have to treat like secret police or if it offends me that people are allowed to act like this and aren't ostracized as scum for it while everyone enables their behavior (myself included tbh since I never told him to **** off for this).

dude should have snitched since hes a new worker and could have thought it was a test. but if it was a employee that had been there for year or more then snitching would be a bit messed up since they could personally say something if it bothered them that much.

as for your secret police feeling, i feel at any work place its like that. maybe more for you since you have that new guy out there snitching

have you told the dude who ate the food that the new guy snitched? could trigger a fight :o:

i left my parents house with my mom crying :o: i explained my grandpas racist memes on facebook and how its the opposite of what i think. i had to explain that some of his posts were slighted as a jab at me since i think more liberal and democratic. i then just commented on a few of his posts i normally ignore with some easy comments because yall know old people facebooks posts can be really out there.

im just a little sad that my mom cried over it, totally ruined the day :(
