I woke up this morning with horrible leg cramps, took ibuprofen with some salt water- 30 minutes later I was puking like a drunk sorority girl. Texted in I’m sick. I know they’ll think I’m lying. Argh

I'm happy! I finally had an opportunity to open up my vintage 1977 Norwegian Tandberg rosewood integrated amplifier and successfully restored function to the speaker selector switches and cleaned the volume pot. Now the amp is working 100% like new!

That $7 bottle of QD Contact Cleaner is seriously giving me my money's worth - first, it restored my Yamaha and now my Tandberg!

I love it when a plan comes together! :)

I don’t know about ISB’s stuff exactly but I don’t think I’m just being nostalgic when I say that stereo equipment from that era sounds way better than today’s stuff.

I don’t know about today’s super high end stuff though. I’m no audiophile. It just seems like everyone, myself included, has sacrificed rich sound for convenience.

I’m happy with the trade though.
