went over to my parents to see them but right as i went outside... summer hit me! :pimp: i was like.. NOPE!, im going to hoop and run today! https://img338.imageshack.us/img338/7520/q9amn.png
i still went and saw my parents, but only for a bit because they were doing stuff anyways.
so i pumped up my new ball from Christmas with my other gift "air pump". hooped for an hour and then headed to the school track to run 5 laps. well i bitched out at 4 laps :o: its the first time exercising of the year so im out of shape, just been dieting as much as i could over the winter i guess. it was a good hour and half of exercising though.
i dont mind actually exercising, i plan to make it a pattern and then a habit so i can get down to about 170 pounds. wish me luck yall, 15 pounds by may 13th-14th(start of summer classes) i feel if i dont give me self a deadline, it'll just be a dream.
i pay for a gym membership but never go and use their wifi as a backup internet connection when mine goes down lol :o: but if i start a gym pattern and a hooping pattern, ill lose 15 pounds in 30 days or so easy
